- Must be working in PEI for at least six months
- Job offer must be in an in-demand occupation
- Minimum high school diploma
- CLB 4 or higher in English/French
International Graduate Stream
For recent graduates from PEI post-secondary institutions who have a valid job offer in the province.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized PEI post-secondary institution

- Must have a valid post-graduation work permit (PGWP)

PEI Business Impact Stream
