Work Experience
- At least one year (1,560 hours) of full-time or equivalent part-time skilled work experience in Canada.
- Work experience must be within the last three years before applying.
- Eligible jobs must fall under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER levels:
- TEER 0 – Management jobs
- TEER 1 – Professional jobs requiring a university degree
- TEER 2 & 3 – Technical jobs and skilled trades requiring a diploma or apprenticeship
- Work completed as a student or through self-employment does not qualify.
Valid Work Authorization
- Work experience must have been gained while working under a valid work permit.
Language Proficiency
- Minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score:
- CLB 7 for TEER 0 and TEER 1 jobs
- CLB 5 for TEER 2 and TEER 3 jobs
- Valid IELTS or CELPIP test results are required (valid for two years).
